Unit Service Coordinator
The Unit Service Coordinator (USC) Program has been implemented to assist commanders and rear-detachment commanders with meeting the needs of their Soldiers and families. The USC team for each unit will serve as the units single point of contact to coordinate ACS services and make sure command teams get what they need.

Initially, until the USC teams get to know the command better, they will be working hard to establish a relationship at all levels. They will be providing ACS overviews and pre-deployment briefings “when and where you want” them. Commanders and Rear-Detachment Commanders can contact their USC team and schedule other ACS and/or MWR related briefings. USC teams will be promoting and distributing materials for ACS and MWR events/activities. USC teams can also attend FRG steering committees to serve as a subject matter expert.

The USC will also make sure Commanders have the materials needed to make informed decisions about ACS/MWR programs and services. Commanders will see their USC team at any SRPs scheduled for their unit. The USC will identify any high risk families and ensure they get back to Commanders on any issues that need to be addressed right away.

Your USC team is looking forward to working with you.
