Army Family Team Building
Army
Family Team Building or AFTB is available to Spouses, Family
Members, Soldiers and Civilian Employees. Everyone can benefit
from attending AFTB classes. AFTB classes are held at Army
Community Service and various locations. AFTB classes can be
offered at family readiness group meetings, unit training and
civilian team building/personal development training.
Army Family Team Building is a global educational program whose
primary objective is to improve the overall readiness of the
force by teaching and promoting personal and family
readiness. Its purpose is to assist members of the Army in
adapting to Army life, manage change and accept
challenges. Through this worthwhile program people can earn
college credits while meeting new people. All classes are FREE!
