Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR)
The Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) operates with guidance from the Family Advocacy Program Manager (FAPM). The SARC has an installation mission to reduce sexual assault and respond when sexual assault happens to track the allegations for the Garrison Commander. The SARC is the primary proponent for Sexual assault training and certification of Unit Victim Advocates and Brigade level Deployable SARC persons.

The program’s objectives:
Train all soldiers annually on the prevention of sexual assault
Expert advice on the prevention measures in place for soldiers and families and commanders
To immediately respond with advocates when active duty personnel have been victims of sexual assault
