 Family Readiness Group
training is conducted utilizing the Operation READY (Resources
for Educating About Deployment and You) curriculum. It is a
series of training modules, videotapes, and resource books
published by the Army as a resource for Army Community Service
staff in training Army families who are faced with deployments ,
separations and reunions. Operation READY classes paved the way
for the new ACS service delivery strategy, Class of your
choice, where and when you want it.

Monthly Rear-Detachment/FRG Leader Meeting
Operation READY Courses
Be READY for Deployment Aimed at identifying essential
tasks to complete before deployment.
Point of Contact training Teaches how to handle
different types of calls, what resources are available, what to
do in crisis situations, how to keep records and how to utilize
active listening.
FRG Newsletters Learn the process of creating an
interesting and informative FRG newsletter and how to post it to
the web.
Managing FRG Funds and Fundraising Prepares FRG
volunteers, commanders and rear-detachment personnel to
successfully manage and understand FRG funds.
Foodservice Sanitation Training
This training
is for FRG, Person In Charge. Instructions: After reading each
module, click next until you reach the end. At the end you will
be asked to fill your name, unit, e-mail, and the date you
completed your training.
