Installation Access Pass
(IAP) Identification Cards Office Information
The IAP ID card enables
access only to the ID card holder onto army in
Hawaii installations under current Threatcon
conditions. The IAP ID card does not allow
sponsorship of other guests onto the installations.
IAP ID cards include contractor (green) cards, House
guest (Gold) cards, and Friends of MWR/visitor
(Blue) cards. with proper documents, the IAP
Offices are also able to accommodate our client
request to register a privately owned vehicle onto
the installations.

Leilehua Golf
Course & House (Office Phone - 655-1620)
Take H-2 North towards Wahiawa, Exit at #7, Mililani
Tech Park and Wheeler AAF. Turn Right at Stop
Sign at the end of the exit ramp. Make an
immediate Left into Leilehua Golf Course gates
(Large White Iron Gates). The IAP Office is
located in the House - Building Number 6508, located
at the far end of the parking lot.
Fort
Shafter Flats office will be closed Indefinitely
starting 2/19/08.

From Honolulu, Exit at #4, Fort Shafter and Moanalua
Gardens. At the traffic light, turn left going
away from the Fort Shafter Main Gate. Proceed
through the next traffic light. Keep to the
right and take the second left turn along side of a
reddish colored chain link fence. Drive around
the fencing and proceed into the gated area ahead.
The IAP Office is located in the facility on the
left, Building Number 1599, room number 110.

Closed on Saturday, Sunday, and
Federal Holidays.
Fort Shafter Installation Pass Office, Open on
Monday through Thursday, 0900-1530. Closed Friday through Sunday, and Federal
Holidays.
Identification
Requirements to receive an Installation Access Pass
(IAP) ID Card
All personnel must have in their possession, a
Photographic Identification Card (drivers license is
accepted) and an original Social Security Card.
Document Requirements to
Register a Privately owned Vehicle (POV)
All personnel must have:
